What we measure in the pilot

Patients-per-nurse and time spent on care vs. admin.
Close Effort
Reduction in month-end effort and reconciliation time.
Velocity
Time from work performed to clean claims output.
If the numbers do not move, you do not expand.
If they do, you replicate the model to the next cohort, clinic, or client practice.
