Our Origins

Built by Operators who have managed
10 Million Remote Care Minutes.

We are Justin (CEO), Matt (CTO), and Flavio (CMO) behind Intelligence Factory and FairPath.

We didn't start as a software company. We started as operators. Over the last decade, we bootstrapped a national remote patient monitoring program from zero to tens of thousands of patients and 8-figure revenue.

We shipped devices, hired nurses, and built billing engines at scale. We know exactly where the spreadsheets break, because we broke them ourselves.

Why Operations Break at Scale

The remote care model works clinically and economically, but it breaks operationally. When we scaled our own operations to 10,000 patients, we found that work and proof were scattered across too many tools.

At scale, quality control, consistency, and billing readiness drift unless the system actively manages the operation. Manual oversight stops working the moment you add your second nurse.

We built FairPath to solve our own bottleneck: creating an operating system that enforces the model so quality doesn't degrade as you grow.

The Operating System for Remote Care

FairPath actively monitors patients, staff actions, rules, eligibility, documentation, and billing state. It intervenes when something is about to go wrong, whether you run programs inside a practice or across many practices.

Compliance, Encoded

Rules are enforced at the database level. You cannot rely on training manuals to prevent code-stacking or 16-day misses. The system must simply forbid the error before a claim is generated.

No Black Boxes

Rules and context are explicit. You can see exactly why the system flagged a patient, blocked a bill, or prioritized a call. Nothing important is hidden from the operator.

One Calm Dashboard

A single "Control Tower" view that organizes clinical risk, billing readiness, and staffing throughput across your entire patient population—replacing the anxiety of spreadsheets.

Margin Stays with the Operator

We charge software fees, not a cut of collections. The organization doing the work should keep the revenue. The liability lives with you; the margin should too.

Who FairPath is Built For

  • Practices & Groups running programs with their own clinical teams.
  • Operators & Service Builders running programs for multiple practices (MSOs, RCM, Pharmacy).
  • Multi-Site Groups scaling staff and needing consistent quality controls across the network.

Software only. No call center.

Make Remote Care Operationally Sane

Our mission is to make quality consistent as programs grow, and to make billing readiness visible and defensible as the month runs.

Remote care was never meant to be a billing gimmick. It was meant to let great operators keep people healthy between visits. That is what we built FairPath to do.

If you are building the next generation of care delivery, let's build it on a foundation that scales.
